Bottles

The right bottle depends on what goes inside: how runny it is, how strong its chemicals are, and whether it needs shielding from light and air.

Bottle materials

• PET: clear and rigid. For toner, liquid soap and oils that should show.
• HDPE: opaque, flexible, chemical-resistant. For detergent, floor cleaner and shampoo.
• PP: takes heat. For hot-filled products, and for jars and caps.
• Glass: does not react with the contents and feels premium. Amber glass shields serums and essential oils from light.
• Airless: pumps without letting air into the bottle. For serums and creams that air can spoil.

Match the neck size

A code such as 24/410 means a 24 mm thread diameter with a 410 thread style (1.5 turns). The pump, sprayer or cap must carry exactly the same code as the bottle; a cap with another code may screw on but not seal. When you order bottles and dispensers separately, put the neck code in your quote notes.

Minimum order

Through MaklonGo the minimum order is 2,500 pcs for imported packaging and 100 pcs from local suppliers; when the factory’s minimum is higher, that one applies. Many bottles can carry your logo or come in a custom colour: mention it in your quote notes.
